1. About Fixmajstor

Fixmajstor is an online marketplace that connects customers who need local services with independent service professionals in Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Fixmajstor is not a party to the agreement between customer and professional and does not itself provide the services listed on the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or banned.

3. Requests, offers and jobs

Customers publish service requests free of charge. Professionals send offers at their own discretion. When a customer accepts an offer, an agreement is formed directly between the customer and the professional. Prices, scheduling, quality of work and payment are agreed between the parties.

4. Reviews

Only customers with a completed job may leave a review. Reviews must be truthful and respectful. Fixmajstor may remove reviews that violate these terms but does not edit review content.

5. Prohibited behaviour

Fake profiles, fraud, spam, harassment, unsafe work practices and circumventing the platform to avoid its rules are prohibited and may result in removal.

6. Liability

Fixmajstor provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the work performed by professionals or for the behaviour of users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
