What we collect

Account data (name, email, optional phone and city), content you create (requests, offers, messages, reviews, photos) and basic technical data needed to run the service.

How we use it

To match requests with professionals, enable messaging and offers, display profiles and reviews, keep the platform safe, and send service notifications. We do not sell personal data and do not show third-party ads.

Sharing

Your address is shared with a professional only after you accept their offer. Phone numbers are shared between customer and professional only once a job is created. Data is processed on Supabase (EU region) and Vercel infrastructure.

Your rights

You can update your profile in Settings, and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account), which anonymizes your personal data. For data export requests contact support@fixmajstor.com.

Retention

Job, offer and review records are kept for platform integrity and legal purposes; personal identifiers are removed on account deletion.
